Good morning

Today I am feeling a new kind of grateful. It’s the kind of grateful that is so amazing that I didn’t even know it existed. Actually reminds me of one of my favorite childhood movies, A New Kind of Love, starring Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward. The plot involves distinctly 1950s hijinks, including Joanne Woodward awkwardly pretending to be a high class call girl, but of course ended with the couple falling in a kind of love that they never knew existed.

Well today, I am lucky enough to be walking very close to Mount Shasta, which perhaps should be one of the wonders of the world (who has the authority to make that list?). I’ve also just had a weekend of incredible shows — incredible because I been loving performing for so many of you and because I have been truly overwhelmed with the love and support. I’ve met new friends, and deepened relationships with old friends and family. I have recognized truly how much support I have available to me.

This gratefulness is on par with Paul Newman’s, as he falls in love with Joanne Woodward as a high class call girl, who turns out to be a respectable woman! Could it get any better?

always,
